Jeff Emberton founded the law firm of Colorado Legal Counsel, LLC in the summer of 2014.  Colorado Legal Counsel, LLC focuses on transactional law including the drafting of estate planning documents, the drafting, creation, and maintenance of business entities, drafting, analysis, and execution of real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements as well as lease agreements, assisting elderly clients with all of their legal needs, and the filing of petitions to seal criminal records on behalf of eligible clients in Boulder, Denver,  and the surrounding areas. In each area of practice, Mr. Emberton works diligently to provide thoughtful, informed, and personalized care for each and every client in order to achieve the desired outcomes.

Mr. Emberton graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and began his career with the firm of Cimino & Benham, LLC in Denver, Colorado.  At Cimino & Benham, LLC Mr. Emberton worked on a broad range of cases including personal injury litigation, estate planning, social security disability, and bankruptcy.  Mr. Emberton has been a member of the State Bar of Colorado since 2013.
